In 1907 Charles & Franziska Rothmann established Rothmann’s Steakhouse and espoused the tradition of serving fine food and providing impeccable service, attracting celebrities and dignitaries over the years including President Theodore Roosevelt, Jaqueline Kennedy, and Elizabeth Taylor.
